Online Exchange or Returns

If your order is unsuitable it may be exchanged or returned for a refund or e-voucher, provided that items are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.  The items must be in the original condition and packaging. Please place the box into a suitable bag and do not damage the existing box as it will be re-used. Returns are at your expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post, please ensure you use a secure method of return. Alternatively, should you wish to return the shoes to our Sydney Distribution Warehouse, please call our office to arrange your return.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued until the shoes have been received by Head Office and assessed by our online staff. A refund receipt will be emailed to you once the refund has been processed. Returned online purchases may also be used towards the exchange of another item of equal or greater value.

If your return is received outside the 14 day return period, an e-voucher will be issued in place of a cash refund. There is no refunds or exchanges after the 28 day period.

Any refunds for online or telephone orders will be credited via the original purchase method. Please allow up to 10 working days for transactions to appear on your statement.
