Online Exchange or Returns

Exchange or return for a refund or e-voucher within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in the original uncreased condition with undamaged packaging.
  • Place the shoe box in a suitable bag—do not tape or damage the box, as it will be re-used.
  • Returns are at your expense. Freight cost is not refundable.
  • Proof of posting is not proof of delivery—use a secure, trackable method.
  • To return to our Sydney Distribution Warehouse, please call the office to arrange your return.

Please note

Refunds are issued only after your shoes are received at Head Office and authorised by our online staff as being in original condition. A refund receipt will be emailed once processed. Returned online purchases may also be used toward the exchange of another item of equal or greater value (difference payable).

What to Include

Please enclose the RETURN COPY of your receipt stating whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Late Returns

  • Returns received outside 14 days: an e-voucher will be issued instead of a cash refund.
  • No refunds or exchanges after 28 days.

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds for online or telephone orders are credited via the original purchase method. Please allow up to 10 working days for transactions to appear on your statement.
